Who is better alakazam or gardevoir
Seen January 3rd, Alakazam in the 3rd Gen is just awesome. Kadabra is even good before evolving, which can't really be said about Kirlia. I perfer Gardevoir over any psychic pokemon. It is an awsome pokemon and it is good for beating trainers, gyms and the E4. I voted for Alakazam, but Gardevoir is stat wise stronger. Seen May 31st, Gardevoir and Alakazam serve two different purposes. Gardevoir is usually used as a Special Tank that ruins physical sweepers with Will O Wisp and provides overall team support.
Alakazam is a glass cannon who is used to rip through teams with it's insane Special Attack. However, it falls to nearly any neautral physical attack. I prefer Zam since there are better Will O Wispers and tanks, but not many can match Zam's Special Attack stat which is the highest in the entire metagame, barring ubers. Seen March 20th, Seen August 6th, Funnily enough, the first PMD featured both of them as main characters.
Alakazam was the pseudo-Mewtwo, for when you could only have one Mewtwo. In later generations though it had a decline as psychic sweppers got more and more nerfed with reason.
Gardevoir stands out as a pretty useful Special oriented pokemon, that can act offensive, defensive and as support. I preffer how the entire Ralts line looks. They are dancers. Abra can't do anything and is essentially useless at first. Ralts starts with no offense either and next to the bug forest, but eventually it can start attacking.
Also lol Synchronize. I have a male Gardevoir and it's a psychic bishie. That said, it is feminine enough. The first Alakazam you see, Sabrina's, is female. I don't know, they probably are tied. Gardevoir is a personal prefference. Composer The World won't fail. Joined Apr 9, Messages Reaction score 2. Had the pointer on both option but then had a nostalgia attack. Alakazam was one of the strongest Pokemon back in those days.

No more powerful Fire Punch. Still, though, that mustache also draws some attention. And about the spoon, yes, he has two in fact. League MegaEvolutionMegaProfesr! Joined Jul 8, Messages 1, Reaction score 6. Alakazam, partly because I love Abra so much Chimchar, with his Taunt, was my Abra catching assistant , and partly because Alakazam all-around rocks.
Even his worst ability is very useful, on a lead set. The spoons are cool. That can make a Ralts of every nature a good catch that's why I have a career of Abra-catching. Trace is also a very good ability. They all look great too I like how Ralts has a sleepy Abra-like thing going on , and, though relatively unused in the main tier of competitive play, are still very viable there.
Faye Scarlet total eclipse of the heart. Joined May 13, Messages 3, Reaction score To bug everyone, I'll refer to Alakazam as a girl, and Gardevoir as a boy.
Alakazam is a slightly weaker Mewtwo, while Gardevoir is You know Alakazam is a true gentle-lady with that 'stache. Gardevoir charms men and women alike with his graceful trappiness, though. So this is a tie for me. Definately Ralts. He's much more reliable than the flighty Abra. I always gave up in Abra since the little buggers would always teleport before I could weaken them for capture.
D8 Who is the best, overall? Gardevoir for me. He's easy to catch, to evolve, and he is a graceful man, which is rare these days. His cry is gentler than Ala's, too, so I feel safe with him.
Ala had a spoon, but Mewtwo took it and made it gigantic. GengarEatBanana Banana eating Gengar. Joined Sep 16, Messages 1, Reaction score 1. No more Elemental Punches, Physical Pursuit still one of my favourite games , and later to top it all off him losing a unique trait as being a Trick abuser.
Gardevoir was always a bit more defensive, and has a wide support and status movepool. The man with the 'stache wins this one baby doll. Abra is a bitch to catch and raise, but after you evolve it into a Kadabra you only have to worry about Trading it to get an Alakazam. The Sp. Attack and Speed are great ingame, surpassing most Pokemon available. Ralts is pretty crappy to start off with too, but although it gets better, the extra power and speed Alakazam has is helpful.
Defensive Pokemon are good and all, but ingame you want power, power, power. Tough one. Alakazam with his 'stache and all looks very manly, but he could be a girl. Gardevoir on the other hand has a counterpart male, yet can still be a male if desired. So you could have a male Gardevoir and a female Alakazam. In actuallity I don't know. There's always a spoon ghaskan. For those wondering about the spoon question Do not try to bend the spoon — that's impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth: there is no spoon.

Gardevoir and Alakazam, which is better? MondoTR Dani. My choice? Cipher Nothing to be done. It can use a slightly greater variety of moves. It's not quite as specially strong, but it can take hits a bit better. And it totally outclasses Alakazam in design. Valkyrie X Well-Known Member. Plus, I like its look more than Alakazam's.
